I hope I didn't come across as gruff...I didn't intend for it to, and I apologize if I sounded that way. From I think all the examples you provided in your first post, an explanation as to where things take place, i.e. establishing shots, are almost all present. As for In Amber Clad, it went into Slipspace on or around Delta Halo and re-emerged inside of High Charity, so it wouldn't have been possible to show the shot 'from space' as it didn't happen there. High Charity is indeed still around Delta Halo. It appeared there before the Master Chief's fight with Regret and stays there until Halo 2 ends. The chapter where In Amber Clad slips in and crashes begins with a cutscene that shows that the Gravemind has teleported the Master Chief to High Charity. It is clearly shown that High Charity is still above Delta Halo in that scene. This is the picture HBO happened to use to reference this very cutscene...you can see Delta Halo and High Charity just before the Master Chief arrives: http://nikon.bungie.org/misc/cutscenes/images/halo2/inside_job_th.jpg
