In Response To: Re: Hokey stories and ancient religions. (Narcogen) : Having a Truth who, at least partially, believes what he is doing is right : forms a more interesting conflict. The thing I thought was interesting was that Truth accepts him as the Arbiter when he sees him, and isn't openly contemptuous. I think that that's there to be another reflection on how at this point, where Truth knows that he has lost, he retreats into his own fanaticism, believing whatever he wants to sooth his ego in his last moments.
