Granted I didn't : know Halsey's journal came with the edition above the basic one, but : still. It's not a full book, and I don't think it warrants an additional : $20. It's not a full book? Where are you getting that? It's a couple of hundred pages of text! It's not a NOVEL, I guess... but it's sure as hell a solid piece of writing, with (in my opinion) a larger time investment needed to read it than any of the other novels. plus, it's gorgeously put together. Whatever. You don't want to pay for it, that's fine. But don't undersell it without actually checking it out.
