Granted I didn't : know Halsey's journal came with the edition above the basic one, but : still. It's not a full book, and I don't think it warrants an additional : $20. There are the extra photo/postcard inserts, flyers and newsclippings from the 26th century, and some other tchochkes in the journal as well... plus, of course, the codes for the extra armour permutations. And the box itself, which makes for an interesting keepsake if you're into that sort of thing. The extra cost isn't just for the journal. (Plus the journal's really well crafted; the magnetic clasp is a very nice touch.) -- Steve thought it was worth the extra cash, but this is one of those "your milage may vary" situations.
