I've bought all the books new and they've all been $7.99. Granted I didn't know Halsey's journal came with the edition above the basic one, but still. It's not a full book, and I don't think it warrants an additional $20.

: add to the richness of the universe, but you don't need them to make sense
: of the games" philosophy that's held up to Reach.
