I'm gonna have to disagree, I look into things like, where did the AR go fictionally in Halo 2? Why do the Brutes keep changing in more ways than what they are simply wearing? Why did the UNSC remove the Rocket Launcher tracking after Halo 2?

Of course some of that is gameplay related so you could argue I'm looking too much into things.

Storyline wise though I always ask myself, how did Arbiter and the gang get to Earth before the Master Chief without a Covenant ship and no Elite support? And when did the Prophet of Truth take up smoking?

That last one was partly a joke.
