this had me pretty worried and I told myself putting function over form, practicality over beauty, has worked before and can sometimes work out better than focusing on aesthetics etc. but... well I'm wondering if that has to do with the flaws in the story My biggest single issue with the story is what many like about it and may be one of the best things about it: it's dark and oppressive and it doesn't let up (how much so can be argued but I'm working towards a point here) and ultimately it's kind of depressing.
