It's possible you're in a minority there. I myself have a hard time imagining liking Halo much if I didn't buy into the Chief-Cortana relationship on some level. Then again, I think Halo is liked by many for a lot of different reasons. : or even the Rookie (who, essentially, slept six hours). It far surpasses
I appreciated Lone Wolf as a stroke of-- well let's say a stroke of cleverness. : It's a big change from drowning Lara Croft in a pool. I'd do that if they'd promise she'd stay drowned.
