Challenges drive me to play the game more, but make me enjoy it less. I hate that. I hate booting up another game and thinking "Man, I'm missing the dailies in Reach...can I really justify that?"

Also, Cody, would be interested to hear more on your thoughts about why the Reach beta was so good, because I felt exactly the same way and yet I'm having a hard time pinning down what changed between beta and final that made the beta better. I have this vague suspicion that the rough edges and imbalances made the game better.
