That thread. :) My answer remains pretty much the same. Apart from to add that: yes. Some people really do need an incentive to do something that will be worthwhile for its own sake in the end. example: "Do your homework and then I'll let you watch tv" Doesn't just apply to kids. Also, being able to browse checkpoints and choose which one to revert to and being able to save them permanantly and share them and even choose where you want them to happen would be AWESOME and would lessen a lot of grief in certain types of situations.
