But I do : (kind of) respect that Ridley Scott made what I view as quite an artistic, : dramatic film and set it in a universe that's become known for its action : thrills. I should be clear - I did enjoy the movie. It was beautiful and well acted. I definitely appreciate the fuller understanding of the IP universe. I had unbelievably high hopes for this movie, probably unrealistically so. :) ... This is probably beating a dead horse, but H:CE was the perfect game (relatively speaking) in that the gameplay rocked so much that I never thought much about what was going on until a few playthroughs in. And when I looked deeper? Delicious levels of intrigue.
