So far, the response has been "...Well, : maybe, yeah." : 'course, I'm just playing Devil's Advocate here, supporting a more quiet : opinion that I may or may not OH CRAP WHY AM I NOT LURKING?! doesn't apply to me at all. I purposely stayed away from the marketing, didn't want to be spoiled. I only saw two trailers, that's about it. I just wanted to be entertained for the duration of the flick. Xenomorphs? I could give two shits about any of that. Just give me a decent story with cool effects, cgi, etc. As I keep repeating. I could forgive all sorts of stuff that was happening in the first half that folks didn't like about it... I didn't mind at all, I was having a great time. But come the third act? Forget it, it lost me. - M
