So what happens if and when the enemy does shoot you down over their base. Now they've got a banshee, [b*tch!]. Instead, with destructable vehicles, all they get is a flaming pile of wreckage, and you get a new banshee spawn at your base in 60 seconds. Perhaps indestructable vehicles weren't perfect. But don't you dare pretend that destructable vehicles are any better.
