That's exactly why you use robots to fight them in : the first place. Well I said it might be possible if the flood were able to use electrical signals to control a robot because all living organisms and cells function using electrical energy, so if the flood could bridge the gap between ATP used in cells for e- (electrons) to pure e- electrical circuits in machines then it would be possible Also it's not clear whether or not sentinels actually have circuitry because (as said in Ghosts of Onyx) sentinels are three booms and an orb held together by some type of energy (but no physical material)
