In Response To: Re: I don't really have any more to say except... (Cody Miller) Well, I don't see why Tartarus couldn't have done the same with Sarge (Tartarus could probably physically restrain a Spartan in MJOLNIR), but I think he'd take it in a very different way. I don't see him walking along while Tartarus holds his wrist, and saying "Ungh!" after a comment like "And that's nothing compared to what I'll do to you!" He'd say something like "What, you gonna show me your face without the ape mask?" I think Sarge would have to be hog-tied, and probably gagged to keep dialogue at anything less than a continuous tirade of curse-words. He'd be helpless in an very different sense--just physically. Miranda seems quite dominated--no scenes of her trying to subtly grab a knife or gun (and if memory serves, no scenes of her actually trying to escape her bonds)--the sort of thing you'd expect a strong character (male or female) to do when held captive. Frankly, I myself do think Miranda could have been a bit less helpless/feminine and a bit more girl-power/feminine.
