: I must admit, I did feel a bit embarassed. :-) I wouldn't have read that in a sexual manner. Anyone staring at your for more than a couple of seconds with a blank, expressionless visor is going to freak you out. which then begs the question why the female marines take such a defensive attitude. Does the Chief habitually go for their boobs? The I-hate-the-world-for-making-me-a-girl attitude is as much offensive to men as it is to women, I believe that guys are perfectly capable of having a conversation with a woman without thinking about sex the whole time - and make the jokes if you want, but do all men really approach all women thinking that they only have one purpose? If that's true, then forget having the attitude - I wouldn't even go outside!
