Louis never lied. Not once. He just never told you the whole truth. He said it might pay to keep your eyes on it. Exactly. Keep your eyes on this great work, as the experience you get from it may well be very rewarding.
Now I don't know Louis. I havn't even been a regular on this forum for very long. But I know what I saw play out. Even now. I know there was no "this may be from bungie" put forth by either Steve or Louis. And from what it seems, you and the "several" others who feel so mislead, simply read it wrong. You also say that these offended peoples didn't bother to look up the source. So what? Even if you didn't, there was no other indicator on the pages that it might be from bungie, other than the apperance of the terminals. So? So what if they looked like something bungie "might" do or once did. Let me put it this way. This work was inspired by something Steve once saw. If we took all those works of art that drew from others ideas, what culture would we have. We learn through imitation... The great artists all copied someone, somewhere. And I know you may come at me with the "what about the inventors and pioneers?" line. Well Steve is a pioneer. He got hundereds of people who wouldn't normally look at fan fic's to admire and enjoy his work. He made people think by incorporating many ideas to develop he own art form... the terminals.

My basic point is, I am not posting this to argue the good and bad of the terminals; I've already said my bit. But what I, and presumably Louis, take offense to is you calling people liars. Maybe they never gave you the whole truth, but they never told you it was something other than what it was.
If people took it differently, that is not Louis fault, and I for one wish you would not blame your mis-readings on him.
