It was a feature in Halo 1, but its omission : in the sequels isn't something that bothered me. Try flying a banshee around with several enemies spread out while using the fuel rod cannon, and trying to decide whether to fly over an enemy, run into, or wait to use the cannon. It comes up often. : Now that's something I'd like to see. Sticky aim/crosshair magnetism has : always annoyed me. I hate it when I'm trying to shoot one enemy, only for : my reticle to gravitate towards another enemy that just blundered into the : middle of the fight. Also, I often try to shoot the fusion coils standing : next to an enemy, but the game wants to forcibly move my crosshair towards : the guy. I've wanted the ability to toggle magnetism off for years. Ugh, I know the feeling. The magnetism is a bit too strong. It should be toned down.
