Suggestions on a few multiplayer changes for Reach

There have been a few things that I wish Halo 3 had in its multi player. I'm hoping Reach will have a few of these implemented, I think they'll help add to the game. Nothing too major, and I'm sure I'll forget a few, but heres the start of the list. Reload Timer This is mainly for vehicles such as the banshee's fuel rod cannon, scorpion tank main gun, and the wraith tank. When you shoot these weapons, an indicator (perhaps a circle around the reticule) shows the user how much longer before they can fire again. Aim Assist Toggling The ability to turn the aim assist off for certain weapons. Specifically, the rocket launcher. I'm sure most of us here have been in the situation where a rocket to the ground or pillar near an enemy would kill him, but they walk in front of the rocket's large reticle and cause the rocket to attempt a body shot, which the enemy player can easily strafe to avoid. I'll be back when I can think of any more, feel free to add to or discuss any of these items. I'd be interested in hearing some feedback.
