Not my favorite things, but it didn't kill : the experience. Pop up? If you're talking about scenery fade-in, it's a lot worse in some places than others, I'll grant you that. If you're instead referring to the draw distance flaw, one thing I'd say is that the amount you notice it may depend quite a bit on your combat style. I tend to do a lot of standing well back using a scoped battle rifle or suchlike - which probably means I'll see glitches more often than someone who generally piles in with guns blazing at close range. : A brute pack, with a few grunts and jackals in support represents a : concentrated intelligence. Forgive me if I let loose an involuntary chuckle at that point! Not at you, just at the quaint idea that you can have a 'concentrated intelligence' when your only ingredients are Brutes, Grunts and Jackals. I don't exactly get any strong intelligence vibes from these guys! : long range Carbines pin you down, while low : level hunting pairs try to flush you out with Brute shots trying to flank : you. Then they start dropping bubble shields and regenerators Ok I see your point now, and your characterization of their tactics does seem a fair outline of the sort of thing we encounter. I did mention that they sometimes probe forward or attempt flanking. But their tactics never struck me as being so coherent as to be worth much greater mention than that. And yes they drop bubble shields etc, but you'll concede that they often then wander straight out of them! Which doesn't strike me as all that concentratedly intelligent... : Do you think you will be able to create mega battles for H3? Can't say yet. It'll depend a lot on what the enemy behaviours are, and I've not started looking into that. Folk apparently had little success getting megabattles out of H2. If H3 has similar design features, it could likewise be poor megabattle territory.
