Doesn't sound like that has much to do with property. It's like If I loan you a videocamera so you can record your daughters soccer match, but with the restriction that there can't be any profanity* in it, or I'll sue you. I cannot possibly imagine what sort of justice would allow that. It IS censorship. The video I make is for my own use, and if I want to use it to attack Microsofts' corporate practices or a political party, I damn well will. I will not allow myself to be gagged by what Microsoft's Legal Team deems appropriate or inappropriate.
*replace profanity with any of the following: hate speech, pornography, obscenity, rants about a political party, etc.
