We're not even using any of the game's assets or images. : None of what FanFic writers create is officially canon anyway, so why cant : we "expand of the game universe" if we want to? Well, technically it's a legal gray area in Copyright law. Still, you are NOT protected if the owner of the IP in question decided they wanted to come after you. Now, Bungie's been pretty nice to the Halo FF community, and I don't think that'll change. But it is still a violation of their copyright. -ACE
