(Laird) : http://www.xbox.com/en-US/community/developer/rules.htm : Just curious of what machinima creators can and can't do with : "Halo", I know it's pretty black and white in the can's and : can'ts. Just wondering how the community feels about it? Even though some of the restrictions may suck, it's awfully nice for Microsoft to be doing this. Not a lot of companies do this, and if they see something they don't like, they'll contact the person, and shut them down, when the person had no clue that what they had was "wrong." I use to make Wallpapers at Deviantart for Halo, but they were all taken down because of copyright issues. Now I can freely submit to Deviantart without worry. Microsoft is really being nice; my thoughts on the company has changed ever since I got to know them.
