Just wondering how the community feels about it? I don't know how many people remember it, since it wasn't around for very long, but I had a comic for awhile called "Last Stand" which used screen captures of player models and levels from Halo 2 as the basis for the panels. I'd tell you to do a news search for it, but any links the articles point to are dead. Long story short, it was on DA, and someone (I STILL to this day 2 years later don't know who) reported a copyright violation and every last one was taken down. I appealed, but was issued the same ruling. I was in violation of copyright. I was naive and sent a letter to Wu and Bungie about it hoping to get something, failing to realize as Wu pointed out in a reply, that if Bungie took a stand just on my case, they'd have to take a stand on any number of OTHER cases, and thus I was pretty much on my own. So with nowhere else to go with my short lived comic, and the entire debacle with DA having frustrated me to extremes, it died off. I have, however, always wanted to pick it up again if I could find the time and place to showcase it. If not as a comic than in some other medium. Someone tell me if I'm wrong, but that link more or less says I was within my rights all along to do what I was doing. If that's what it says... hell, I always knew that, but it makes knowing I was right that much sweeter, and gives me a little more ambition to start over again.
