As long as you're not attempting to make a profit by : using footage from their game without some kind of express-written : permission, you'll find yourself in the clear more often than not. : "Noncommercial use" is the name of that game. That's wrong. And, now that MS has spelled it out, it's MORE wrong. You can't use it commercially, but that doesn't mean that if your use is non-commercial that it's allowed. (MS lays out some pretty specific things that you can't do, like make pornographic material or not include the MS-required text.)
