Is that saying that I : cannot enter a clip of an amazing kill into a contest for money or put : that clip up on YouTube w/out that specific text? Yeah, basically. It says you can't "use it to enter a contest or sweepstakes." And, you have to include the text, in some form, wherever you distribute it including, presumably, YouTube. (Actually, MS allowing users to have advertisements on the webpages with the copyrighted content is pretty generous. They certainly didnt' have to do that.)
