: Cocop Ahh the Bunge/Microsoft arguement again. Yeah I agree to an extent with Cocop here, MS can do whatever they damned please. In any case, this is getting beyond the point. More Halo is not neccessarily good Halo. Be wary before you throw all your hopes and dreams into this new game. Personally, I can already see it not "feeling" like Halo with the genre swtich alone. Probably because: A. I've never had the chance to sit down with an RTS (to be honest, it seems somewhat boring to point an army and watch it fight when you could be fighting yourself) B. Halo has always been known as an FPS. However amazing this RTS is, the experience will be dampened for me in some way. And, C. It doesnt feel home-grown. It feels as though someone else is trying to pick up where Bungie is "leaving off" and that just feels cheap. This is all subjective. Just my opinion on the matter. It seems that I sure won't be frequenting an HEO... I love the idea of large scale Halo wars. Pitched battles where you are most definitely not the only presence on the battlefield... But I want to be on the battlefield, not watching it from above... | |
