Agree with most of what you said, but the whole host "issue" isn't just grenade jumping, but it's not as bad as most players say it is, however, it's more important to get host in the higher levels (34+). Their BR is actually better than yours, but not by much. If you're not host (and point blank), you'll probably get five shot kills, however, the host will still get four shot kills, and the further away you get-the bigger advantage they have. The host's melees *always* hit first if you both hit B at the same time-he/she also has a farther lunge (with the sword, too). Their "after-death" grenades always go off too. As I said, it's not that much of an advantage - the better player usually wins fire-fights whether they're host or not. :)
