I'd also like to see the normal PP shots restored (actually do appreciable damage). Just add a penalty for firing when another plasma weapon when one is cooling down. The penalty could be some combination of: * overheated weapon takes longer to cool * plasma from hot weapon deflects or absorbs shot from the other weapon, reducing damage and or accuracy * shot interacts with plasma from hot weapon and damages your shields or drains battery of 2nd weapon. * second weapon overheats faster It would take play testing to see what works best but it would be nice to have the old PP back (one of my favorite weapons) and still allow DW without being too powerful. At the moment its a bit of a magic weapon, its a talisman, it magically removes shields but does no (little) harm when fired normally. I'd like to see it restored to being a 'normal' weapon in that its behaviour can be explained as obeying the laws of Halo physics.
