That'd be me, against a Banshee that doesn't know where the incoming fire is originating from, then tries to ram you and fail, and then tries to get you with a strafe. What you can do, is while he is strafine you to the left or right, follow with him, so that your steps are mere inches before his shots. Works with ghost vs ghost and banshee vs banshee fights too. If neither of your shots are hitting, switch your strafing run to the other way. You'll soak a little damage, but he'll probably not realize the change in time to actually kill you.
