And as for : Halsey being in contact with Cortana, I doubt that. She, along with Kelly, : are MIA. Beowulf might have been blasted on Reach, but he could have escaped in some other starship. After all, it's hardly likely that PoA was the only ship that ran away, no matter what the Arbiter or Joseph Staten says, and someone from Reach did report about its demolition to Earth. And I think that another freindly AI is imperative. That's right. There has to be someone to assist Arby and the chief, and someone who can deal with a rampant menace called Cortana. Beowulf got into a fight with Cortana but lost; a stronger AI would be useful.
