This : means there is now a triumvirate of intelligent, virtually invulnberable : beings all (effectively) stuck there; each with its own interests and : forces to call into action. Wasn’t the construct in the forerunner ship? She was trying to slow the launch sequence when she mentioned it. : I see it as more of a virtual chess battle, or possible final rescue mission : gone wrong after all is sewn up on Earth. Chief may have to terminate : Cortana on his final mission. One last dead hero. : Just speculating. That'd be quite an ending if it involved the chief dying too. It’d certainly cap off the series.
