These people are suggesting Bungie over-looked this simple combination somehow - they didn't. It has its strengths, and its weaknesses like any other combination. Someone in reply to your post said it's not fun to play with someone who as the ability to utilize the combination effectively. In other words he was saying: "I don't like playing with people better than I am." I don't mean any offence to that person, of course. Just that if you play someone 1 on 1 who is better than you are with any of the major weapons or combinations or tactics - of course it won't be fun. It’ll be challenging, however.
