In Response To: I have a solution for two things... (Papa FoOdNiPpLe) Very valid points. The only thing I have to do to refute them (as what I consider to be an average player) is go play on XBC. I get my ass handed to me. That isn't fun. The best games are always frustrating and that is because they are challenging. Take Ninja Gaiden for example. There isn't a person who dislikes that game, and there isn't a single player that hasn't banged their fist down in frustruation. The idea of rank whoring is silly. When you are at a point that you are frustrated because you can't win, why try to make the problem worse? Getting to a higher rank will only make you feel better for a short time. After your rank-induced-euphoria passes you will realize that you are never winning. Sure I wouldn't mind having a 20 next to my name, but I also wouldn't play halo 2 anymore because I would be incapable of competing at that level. And if you realize you have a problem, play fun abnormal custom games. Everyone can have a chance in something like an all needlers on lockout match. You aren't going to be kicking anyone out because they arent good enough. Spray and pray is the same for everyone.
