This is good as it also may explain how the Covenant find earth.
btw Reach did fall because the PoA was still in system while it was being glassed. Also the ships that could move were escaping as best they could.

My theory there are still Covie ships in space and the MC gets aboard one somehow. On board there are Marine prisoners who the MC busts out and proceed to cause some wacky mayhem.
