In Response To: Re: Rotations (btrinen) Anouther interesting point, if it's a ring the gravity would nead to be eavinly destributed. Think about it, if you spin the ring on one of the three axes's two of them will spin it top over bottom. This would greated the greatest gravity on the outher edges while on the parts that don't spin much will gain no benifits. The third axis would spin it allon the ring's derection allowing an even centripitol force but we see that the ring spins ass over end. May be there is something more under the ring. Obviously the races that are more agvanced have some ability to generate gravity. May be there are grave generators inside the ring that help to stabilize the forces of it's rotation. Just an idea, after all if we think about the alian ships in Marathon, they didn't have any rotating parts to create gravity. Just a thought. > A couple coments on this subject. First, an advanced
