I'm not really worried about the : geometry; more of what is lost in the fiction side. Part of the appeal of : most of the MP maps was the mystery and the fiction behind the : environment, unique in each, like in the ones you mentioned. There's : always some interesting tidbits and backstory there, like the Fronk ads in : Longshore or all the signs in Orbital. Or the mysterious Forerunner : structures in never-before seen alien environments, such as Guardian or : Lockout. It's hard to describe the unique atmosphere that's present in : each of those. They all complement the story of the games in their own : unique ways. TOTALLY agree about this part, though! I always loved the mysterious backstory behind each of the MP spaces... Grim
