Everything is just being poured into text boxes. Whoever DK : outsourced the production to, or if it was done in-house, that's just : sloppy on their part. Yeesh! This is something I deal with every day in my professional life--the issue is source control during the production process. In my work we send books to the printer and we know what they're going to look like, because we prepared the files according to the printer's specs. At some point no one should be entering text. This does not take away from the typos are inevitable thesis.
