He was not there to see it happen and : would not know for sure... : Of course, I can see nothing to support this except for the Arbiter's (rather : sure IMHO) knowledge (rather than speculation) that the council was : murdered by the Brutes. : comments? feel free to tear this apart... The first dead Elite he comes across, the one who had the energy sword by his body, tells the Arbiter what happened with his dying breaths. This gives Arby all the justification he needs to rip them to shreds. You'll only hear this if you get to him before the lone Brute wandering around here arrives to finish him off (nice touch, Bungie. I like!)
