Sarcasm is the last refuge of the feeble-minded... or so I thought until you taught me different.

I don't believe I ever said or implied 'horribleness', in fact I said things in earlier posts that were much the opposite. I do think that Bungie fans, like myself, have put up with a lot over the past two years waiting for this great game to come along. When it did, it cost a lot more than we expected and was something less than advertised. Do you disagree that the trailers Bungie released differ remarkably in their portrayal of the game concept than the product? I'd be surprised to hear you say yes.

I'm aware games take a long time to develop. The amount of detail in a game like Halo, is mind-boggling. But that's not why Halo took two years though, is it?

I think if you read my critique of Halo, and the thread, you'll find that most people who responded agreed with me. That doesn't mean they aren't enjoying it. That doesn't mean that I am not enjoying it. Please, read the thread.

I obviously did anger people, but not intentionally. I said "let's pretend that I am the proxy". The whole exercise was a hypothetical. I was not passing myself off as the spokeperson for any other individual or group. I did not misrepresent myself. I don't see how I could do that in plain view of everyone.
