Thanks for the detailed advice. I've been summarizing mainly because I've noticed a lot of feminists try to pass judgements on things without having a clear understanding of what it is they're criticizing, and I was hoping that with summaries of the stories they would realize it's more than 'Cortana is overly sexual and the story promotes killing, therefore Halo is bad', which is what seems to be going through their minds. But I started watching that Mass Effect video, and without knowing anything about Mass Effect, I'm curious to know why he thinks the Mass Effect 3 ending is such a disappointment. You're right; his video style is very engaging.

I have made a few jokes here and there--like using Firefly audio in the Halo 3 video--just because I'm kind of a silly person, but I'll try to toss in a few more intentionally to keep things interesting. I'll also try out the thesis structure and try to be more creative with visuals.
