Heh, you know not everyone agrees with you about that. I love ODST, but felt the silent protagonist Rookie should have been dropped for a strong protagonist, a la Buck. The scene before the highway run, where the Rookie just shrugs at a direct statement? Silly. With Reach, it generally feels like despite a tremendous amount of effort and talent, Bungie might have been burned out on Halo and unable to really deliver the kind of magic we found in the original trilogy. I'd say, in the end, I'm happy Bungie is moving on and 343i is taking over Halo. It'll be great to see what they come up with, after all they've learned the past 20 years.
