Just the same, this is one of the better "xbox halo is not worthy" posts. Good work.

Oh really? Man, I have no memory of any statements like this, and i've followed Halo's developement feverishly since it was announced. Even more interesting, how come at E32K (a brief 2-3 weeks before they were bought by microsoft), all they had to show was yet another tech demo? Strange ... according to you, "Halo was done but for the singleplayer aspect of the game " ... and since we all know that Bungie does multiplayer first with their computer games .. that means multiplayer should have been done. Don't you think, if multiplayer was done (or close to done), they would have showed it off?

If you think Halo is just another "generic, pretty looking shoot'em up" ... then you've either not played the game, or are too bitter to waste my time arguing with. The point about what Halo was envisioned to be is debatable. Bungie, as a rule, say very little about their games. A lot of the hype was fan-generated.
