Some will be left alone, because fixing would make it worse, : not better. I really do appreciate how you guys are trying to to reconcile the expanded universe with the events of Halo: Reach. For a minute there, I though 343i was simply going to ignore the events of Reach, though I was quickly proven wrong (I still think that should've been the route 343i took; would've made things easier for you). You guys have your work cut out for you (Halo: Reach and TFoR are mutually incompatible in many ways), but at least you're trying to make things consistent. Considering 343i's attitude towards these matters, would it be safe to assume that there won't ever again be a retcon as massive as the one Bungie introduced in Halo: Reach? I also appreciate how 343i is endeavoring to have the expanded universe and the games to have more overlap. Bungie always treated the games and the novels as separate but equal, both types of media being canon but having little to no overlap except in the most general ways. I look forward to seeing some actual connectedness between the Reclaimer trilogy of games and the Traviss and Bear novels. Oh. BTW, is the whole thing with the fifth and sixth terminals be explained in further detail? That had me very intrigued. : The Anniversary terminals are canon, whether you like it or not. Your claim : that they are not is incorrect. You should adjust the name of your site to : "idontlikethiscanon" or similar. : This statement is factually correct and arguing with it is futile. Please : embroider it on some fabric in bright colors and hang in living room. TV Tropes would like to have a word with you. :p
