There's the potentially problematic UNSC interface, but that could be how the MC interfaces with terminals in this game, or it could have taken a while to process and maybe we see it on Halo-- we could find it by one of the crashed life pods-- I know I'd want to take a computer and some vital information, which might include backups of stuff in the ship's main computer. It's also possible the dialog will be changed by release.
