I handle all the PC's, Mac's and laptops in my office and I can't tell you how many times there was a malfuntioning Keyboard on a laptop, a hard drive failure in a PC and a blown main board in a Mac... I can't tell you how many times an OS in either type of machines rendered the machine useless... Hell, I can't tell you how many time I've bought a car and something was wrong with it or the house that was built for me had something wrong with it.... See nothing is perfect, and again this is not to defend Microsoft but they are going to have to work harder to work out any bugs they are having with the console... We're gonna have people who hate Microsoft say "See what I mean? I told you" and sit back and put on a great defense when it comes to something they love or have great faith in.... You won't be able to please everyone. Machines that are made by man or machines that are made by machines that are made by man are subject to a number of issues.
