All products have bugs, it's the result of crappy QA.
The difference between good companies and lazy ones
is what how they handle those bugs.

Some companies, (who shall remain nameless) choose to
blame everyone but themselves for their bad QA. Others
look to the community of developers and ask them to
help, still others take it upon themselves to do all the
R&D and fix the problems as they arise. Somewhere between
the second and third solutions lies the best course of
action.
