: is anyone worried about sabotage? i mean, Microsh*t has ticked alot of people
: off, copying their stuff and selling it on the cheap (or forcing computer
: producers to include it for FREE). Netscape, Apple, etc... Not to mention
: all the console makers that would rather not see Smalllimp (a.k.a
: Microsoft) enter their market. Can't you just see some innocent looking
: "store clerk" who is mysteriously missing a name tag paying
: 5-year-olds with poprocks for spitting in the machine?

Again, Bad mouth Microsft all you want....You're here cause you're either gonna buy the Xbox or gonna wait til the PC/Mac release to buy Halo. In other words you will be buying a Microsoft product. Can you tell me what Microsoft has COPIED and sold for cheap? It can't be the MS Office Line. It's totally different than Lotus or Corel Wordperfect in design and funtionality. Can't be MS money. It, again, is different than Quicken. It can't be their operation system line cause it's different than anything on the market. Microsoft hasn't forced anyone to use their products. It is true that Internet Explorer comes bundled with their OS as well as AOL and a host of other internet services. Netscape can be aquired for free if you don't want to use IE. You can now order your machines with no OS on them. Trust me I know. I do it all the time for the company I work with.

You have to admit, Microsoft has created a hellafied game system that does not need to rival PS2 or the Game Cube because it is simply better on ALL aspects. The processor is faster, better design on memory.. etc. could go on with that but I think you already know. I'll say it again and it can not be disputed. MICROSOFT has set the standard at which any new gaming consoles, including ones from Microsoft, will have to out perform the Xbox.

As far as the store clerk.. If someone wants to be that way then fine. we can surely fire their ass and give the job to someone who really needs it. If their gonna be that way they need to go work for some one else. How would they feel if I worked at a food place, used the bathroom without washing my hands and made their food or made their food with poprocks and spitt in it? They wouldn't like it one bit. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Microsoft is more than just Windows, IE and MS Office... People fail to see how much money they have donated over the years to various charities, even the incident on Spet. 11 2001. People fail to see what their products have done to enhance the lives of the disabled or elderly, or fail to understand how they have sparked the curiosity in todays youth with their technology. People need to really understand who and what Microsoft really is before jumping on the band wagon of pointing fingers....
