High Charity the moon?

Consensus holds that the Earth_Ark was dug up by Regret's slipspace jump, so that theory might not be all that likely.

But still...have you noticed the Texture of the surface of High Charity? The space station is a moon that's been hollowed out and added to. And like he says, the bottom of High Charity is probably of Forerunner construction, not covenant.

We don't know the role of Earth's Moon in the whole game(The way Truth's halo fades into the Moon seems to indicate there's something special about the Moon, maybe it helps in whatever the Ark does), why couldn't High Charity be the remains of the moon of say...Coral, where the Ark of the Covenant might be located?
