I like the throne theire that would explain why profit of whatever came to earth with so little ships because he wanted the ark to himself.

If he controled the Ark he would be in control of the universe and he didnt want to share it with the other prophets

Another thing remember how that forerunner ship powered high chariety.
well the brot it to earth so the can open, unlock, or power up that ark because they need the power because if it is the same thing as high chariety it needs a power source and they will need that ship which the mostlikely dock in it to power it on
